DESCRIPTION

 

Eye: Bright yellow with greenish reflections
Nose: Fresh fruit, with the prominence of the tropical aromas of the variety that add complexity to the whole.
Palate: Fresh, fruity, with remarkable body and a full, flavoursome palate because of its sugar content.

 

SERVICE

 

Food pairing: fish, pasta, seafood and non-spicy rice dishes. Ideal for appetizers.
Serving temperature: 6 –8ºC.
Storage: Consume preferably over the next 2 years.
