Red wine made 100% from the Prieto Picudo variety. Vintage
Manual from a selection of the best bunches. Vineyard certified as
ecological (more than 50 years). Integral vitification: alcoholic fermentation in
open barrel, and malolactic fermentation in barrel.
TASTING: Intense garnet cherry color; high cape with trim
violet. Primary aromas of ripe fruits with spicy and toasted notes
well integrated from the barrel. On the palate it is long, balanced and elegant with a
smooth, unctuous and fruity finish.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14%.
PAIRING: Ideal to accompany any type of meat, stews, pates
the cured cheeses. Serve between 16”–18”C.
