fresh fruit, highlighting the vegetal and herbaceous notes of the variety with
subtle vanilla touches of the barrel that add complexity to the whole.
Fresh, acid, fruity, with remarkable body and a step in tasty mouth and
persistent. Good balance and great volume increased by aging
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.50%.
PAIRING: Accompanies fish, pasta, seafood and rice dishes not very
seasoned. Serve at 8º-10ºC
